Exchange Policy
We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.
However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, informed to us for exchange within 1 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
Please Note:
- SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
- ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.
Return Policy
Only the items that the customer has received in damaged condition is subjected to return which are informed to us during 24 hours from the date of delivery. All returns happen via Bank Transfer which can take upto 15 working days.
The courier charge (to and fro) will have to be borne by the customer in case of returns.
If the shipment is torn or damaged, customers may refuse to accept the delivery and are advised to immediately contact our support team for assistance.
We will require a clear unboxing video of the shipment to investigate and resolve the issue.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after 10 hours of the order being placed.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at support@naqshchikan.in or contact us on Whatsapp on +91-9236487088 with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
Exchange / Return for International Orders
No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
